Child Friendly Garden

This third of an acre plot caters for the whole family.  A sunken children’s play area with playhouse, sandpit and swings is tucked behind a more formal lawn with richly planted borders.  The trampoline is sunken into the lawn and partially disguised by the surrounding turfed mound which prevents it dominating the space.

A formal vegetable garden retains structure and interest throughout the year whilst there are also small garden spaces which encourage the chldren to garden themselves. There are plenty of features around the garden to stimulate play and adventure from stepping logs and insect shelters to scented hopscotch and mud pie kitchens.

Two seperate dining areas offer places to entertain by both day and evening and there are ample spaces to sit and relax be they shady benches or lazy hammocks.
